Agricenter International operates under a conservation easement.  Each fall, after the Corn Maze is closed, Agricenter and their tenant, Ducks Unlimited, partner to flood the corn field to provide waterfowl habitat to migratory birds.  The field can be seen from the Observation Tower adjacent to Germantown Parkway.  The ADA accessible tower is open to the public year-round and equipped with free high-powered binoculars.
